Every attempt is made to release your order the same day as received .( Monday through Friday ) In the event that an order can not be filled in an adequate time frame , Gerry Lopez Music Inc. will make arrangements with client on a one on one basis to resolve the issue . Please call or email for rates and services available prior to placing order online . Expedited shipping does carry an extra fee , call or email for rates and services before placing order online . The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 7 ( seven ) DAYS of receipt of merchandise with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for store credit ONLY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
Items not returned with a return authorization number or after the 7 ( seven) day trial will be subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Items must be returned with ALL ORIGINAL CONTENTS AND PACKAGING AND IN NEW CONDITION. Any item returned with unusual markings , scratches, dings or dents will be returned to you at your expense .
