If you wish to pay by bank wire please contact us directly and make note that a bank wire carries an additional fee of $20.00. Insufficient funds checks carry a $35.00 fee

NOTE: This website is maintained to the best of our ability however occassionally there are items still showing that have previously sold without knowledge to the webmaster. We know that finding that special item is important to you but please understand that it may be on the website in error and it is store policy to ommit sold / discontinued item(s) from your online order and proceed with the remainder.
Estimated Delivery: Your order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 weeks. If an order placed through our website will take more than 2 weeks to fill, we shall inform you by email only. Once your order has been shipped , the National Delivery transit time is 3 to 7 business days Estimated total time for package to reach national destination is 1.5 to 3.5 weeks
International Orders may take double the time to reach their destination due to customs and import regulations of destination country. Please research your country's policies prior to purchase on our website.Most orders ship out within a week ( 7 seven business days ) of placed order. However, in the case of and item(s) being out of stock or discontinued we may wish to ship in multiple shipments to complete the order at no additional cost to you. In this case, you might be notified of the delay and estimated ship date.
In the case of items being out of stock or sold even though item still shows on the website. You shall be shipped everything but the item(s) that was previously sold.

If you are an international purchaser please contact us prior to placing order so we can give you the complete international shipping charge and payment guidelines. This website does not calculate international shipping charges. As we receive your order we shall email you with the correct shipping charge and you will be charged the correct shipping charge difference on a separate invoice.
IMPORTANT : We will not change the value of items shipped overseas on the customs declaration. We have to pay taxes and import and it's only fair that you do the same. Absolutely no refunds will be granted be it originally purchased via credit card, cash, check, PayPal, or wire transfer. Please understand this prior to ordering. There is nothing more frustrating and time consuming for us than explaining our store policy after the purchase.
Any approved item(s) that qualify for a return / exchange must be returned during the 7 day period, meaning 7 days from when you receive the item(s) .
Anything received by us after the 7 day return / exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or refused due to condition.
All new items must be returned in new condition and with all original contents and packing materials.
Any approved item(s) returned with unusual markings, scratches, dings, dents, etc. will be returned to you at your expense (No exceptions).
Approved items for return / exchange are: New Mutes, New Cases, New Instruments, New Instrument Stands and New Music Stands.
NOTE the items that are not returnable nor exchangeable are : new mouthpieces ( We do not offer mouthpieces on trial. You must pay in full for all mouthpieces. Mouthpiece returns will only be accepted only if we send you the wrong model or size, or if you receive a damaged or defective item.) ,special ordered items ( meaning anything not in our physical store stock that we must order for you) , any item(s) put on our lay-a-way plan , items that are being paid over time , clearance items , blowout items , books , CD’s , DVD's, educational materials , breathing devices of any kind, used instruments , used mouthpieces and used cases are not returnable nor exchangeable.
Used instruments are sold as is with no implied warranty whatsoever; we always try to provide the best descriptions within our capacity to enable you to make your decision with confidence.
Gerry Lopez Music terminology: • Very Good Condition = everything works on the instrument to factory spec. • Playing condition = valves , keys move and slides are not stuck • Good playing condition= valves work well and slides move freely. • Parts horn = generally has many imperfections, dents, valves and slides may or may not work freely. The descriptions may include a rough estimate of the status of the finish, whether lacquer , silver plated or gold plated. This description may be represented as a percentage; i.e.: 50% lacquer coverage etc. Dents, dings or scratches shall be described as best as we can upon inspection.
If work has been performed on a used instrument and it is noticeable and / or we know about prior to sale, we shall be convey that information to you. If we don't write about a repair and /or aftermarket change / alteration in our description we are not aware of the aftermarket repair or customizations. If you need information such as varied angled pictures and or more detailed info, please email info@gerrylopezmusic.com prior to purchase not after.
New Instruments are only warranted directly from the manufacturer. See specific manufacturer for their warranty regulations and coverage’s. Custom mouthpiece work requires 100% payment upfront and cannot be canceled once work has begun. Any new mouthpiece exchanged or returned with incur a 20% restocking / sterilization fee. - Store Hours
